Qualifications

• 10+ years in process and organizational development.
• 10+ years of marketing or operations experience.
• 11+ years of data entry experience.
• 8+ years of financial experience.
• 3+ years of proven people management and development experience.
• Prior experience with ad specialty, advertising, or promotions industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the licensing approval request process end to end.
• Lead monthly and quarterly royalty reporting and audits.
• Serve as the senior licensing subject matter expert.
• Own licensor relationships and act as escalation point for issues.
• Oversee contract and manufacturer agreement compliance.
• Drive process improvements across BDA for licensing operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the licensing team.
