Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to deliver prompt, accurate service to clients, producers and internal teams while maintaining and expanding a diverse book of commercial accounts. You will need a thorough understanding of commercial insurance policies and coverage, with the book consisting of both new and renewal business.

You will manage client portfolios, conduct risk assessments, analyze policies, and lead renewal negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of licensed Property & Casualty experience.
• Proven track record in client management and account development.
• In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, regulations, and trends.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated book of business, ensuring needs are met and exceeded.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend coverage changes.
• Policy Analysis: Review and analyze property and casualty policies for improvements.
• Renewal Negotiations: Manage renewal cycle with marketing submissions and favorable terms.
• Client Advocacy: Act as advocate within the organization for client needs.
• Mentorship: Guide Customer Service Representatives and support their development.
