Job summary

SGS is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide consultation and strategic HR support across designated business units from our Richardson, TX office. This hybrid role collaborates with managers to define job requirements, develop descriptions, and drive people initiatives.

You will analyze exit interviews, coach managers on performance and development, lead core HR processes such as compensation cycles and promotions, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Labour Relations, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for HR matters for designated business units.
• Partner with managers to update job requirements and descriptions.
• Analyze exit interviews to provide actionable recommendations.
• Educate and coach managers on performance management and development.
• Lead core HR processes across products, including calibration, compensation cycles, promotions, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development on training and career mobility programs.
• Ensure policy, labor law, and compliance adherence.
• Act as change agent to drive organizational change.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and promote inclusion.
• Oversee HR knowledge of trends and regulations.
• Support acquisitions as HR integration manager.
