The University of Texas at San Antonio is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner to partner with campus leaders, lead change management, workforce strategy and employee relations.

This role collaborates across HR and divisions, advises on policy, and helps align HR services with business goals. The position can be on campus in San Antonio or remote within Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• This position may require the ability to maintain the security and integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per Texas EO-GA-48.
• Five (5) years of related work experience for HR Business Partner.
• Seven (7) years of related work experience for Senior HR Business Partner.

Responsabilités

• Consult with assigned business leaders to understand and develop critical business strategies and HR capabilities.
• Ensure HR issues are part of long-term strategic planning, including workforce planning and succession planning.
• Build relationships across the organization to drive change and support leaders.
• Promote optimal HR strategies to drive business performance.
• Consult with leadership, providing HR guidance and policy interpretation.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct investigations.
• Support supervisors on performance management processes and staff development.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions and policies.
• Participate in strategic planning to meet goals.
• Lead HR projects ensuring alignment with University policy.
