Job summary

Hyundai Engineering America is seeking a detail-oriented Project Control Specialist to support project management for construction initiatives. You will develop project plans, schedules and budgets, and ensure timely completion in line with goals.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress and costs, presenting dashboards, and collaborating with engineers and project managers to align control activities with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project control or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of construction project management and related documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor and control project progress, costs, and performance against baselines
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align project control activities with project goals
• Adhere to project standards and guidelines
• Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances
• Perform other related duties as assigned
