Job summary

Hyundai Engineering America is seeking a detail-oriented Project Control Assistant to support our project management team. You will assist in planning and scheduling, participate in cost estimation and budgeting, and prepare project documentation to track progress and performance on site.

Ideal candidates bring 0-2 years of project control experience, strong teamwork, and proficient MS Office skills. This on-site role may require some overtime to meet project needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in project control or similar roles.
• Basic understanding of project management and control principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project control managers in planning and scheduling projects.
• Participate in cost estimation and budgeting processes.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and records related to project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
• Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
• Support in tracking, analyzing, and reporting project progress and performance.
• Utilize relevant software tools for project control.
• Collaborate with project teams to collect data and documentation.
