Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, public administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of professional experience in grants management, finance, accounting, or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Support the full lifecycle of grant management, including budget development, award setup, financial tracking, subrecipient oversight, and closeout activities.
• Monitor grant expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets, funding requirements, and applicable federal, state, and University guidelines.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of grant budgets, forecasts, and financial reports across multiple funding streams.
• Serve as a liaison between OMI, SPA, and other University offices to support grant administration and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate submission of required financial and administrative documentation.
• Track and manage multiple funding sources, including allocation of expenses across grant lines and funding splits.
• Oversee subrecipient monitoring activities, including regular communication regarding project progress, deliverables, and compliance with grant terms.
