Job summary

AECOM in Orange, CA is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to analyze, budget, forecast, and provide long-range planning support for Corporate FP&A. You will partner with HR, IT, Legal and other G&A teams to deliver accurate financial analyses and management reporting.

Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting cycles, earnings support, and strategic ad-hoc analyses while driving cost management and executive decision-making. Hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus at least 4 years of relevant financial and/or accounting experience.
• Experience creating financial models, reporting tools, and analytical solutions to support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial information to senior leadership.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, headcount planning, and management reporting.
• Support the quarterly forecast process, earnings support, long-range planning, and executive reporting cycles.
• Deliver strategic and ad-hoc financial analyses and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Corporate Functions and Global teams to drive cost management.
