Job summary

ECMC Group in Minneapolis seeks a Finance Analyst to support enterprise budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data reconciliation. You will help develop financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and external clients, partnering with finance and business leaders to improve processes and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance functions.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other MS Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, long-range plans, and forecasts with finance and business leaders.
• Support monthly close and reporting through data validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Monitor and explain variances between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Create and distribute recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Prepare revenue, expense, headcount, and other forecasts to support planning.
