Job summary

Proven Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across consolidated operations and multiple entities.

You will prepare monthly packages, board materials, and executive-level presentations, while analyzing project margins and forecast assumptions to identify business risks and opportunities. Collaborating with operational leaders, you will support audits related to revenue recognition and project accounting, with a clear path

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance function.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis.
• Manufacturing, project-based accounting, or percentage-of-completion revenue recognition experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for consolidated operations and multiple business entities across the organization.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, board materials, and executive-level financial presentations.
• Analyze project margins, contracts, forecast assumptions, and associated business risks.
• Partner with operational leaders and support audit requests related to revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and project accounting.
