Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Corporate Functions. The role partners with HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and other G&A teams to deliver timely insights and drive cost management. Hybrid work in Orange, CA with a focus on strategic analytics and executive reporting.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with Hyperion, Oracle, and TM1. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus at least 4 years of relevant financial and/or accounting experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Experience building financial models and budgeting tools.
• Strong communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Corporate Functions.
• Headcount planning and management reporting to drive decisions.
• Support quarterly forecasts and earnings analysis.
• Contribute to long-range planning and executive reporting.
