Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or related experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to partner across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and period-end close activities.
• Prepare revenue, profitability, and financial performance analyses.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning.
• Analyze key financial and operational metrics.
• Prepare management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Partner with operational and functional teams to provide financial guidance.
• Support headcount planning and related financial analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.
• Utilize financial planning and ERP systems to improve reporting quality and efficiency.
