Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Geology, Environmental Science Engineering, or related field and eight years of experience in a technical discipline with PM and BD track record.
• Successful candidate must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with MVR checks.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Drives program performance to meet KPIs and client satisfaction.
• Oversees a team of ~50 and mentors project managers in PM practices.
• Leads business development, budgets, and capture strategies for key pursuits.
• Ensures compliance with PDS, QMS, and growth pipeline reporting.
