Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Geology, Environmental Science or related field with 8 years of experience in project management and business development.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license; MVR check required.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required; sponsorship not available at this time.

• Drives program performance to meet and exceed client KPIs.
• Oversees a group of approximately 50 department staff and mentors PMs.
• Collaborates with account managers to grow backlog and profitability.
• Manages cash flow, invoicing, and project governance to ensure performance.
