Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in project management and business development
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Drives program performance to meet client satisfaction and KPIs
• Oversees approximately 50 department staff and mentors project managers
• Develops budgets and strategies for profitable backlog and bookings
• Escalates project issues and drives risk management and governance compliance
• Ensures adherence to Project Delivery System (PDS) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
