• Oversees team performance for ~50 staff, with coaching and succession planning.
• Develops budgets for business development and tracks wins and bookings.
• Works with leadership to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets.
• Ensures project delivery aligns with AECOM processes and QMS requirements.
• Manages risk, resource gaps, and client communications to improve outcomes.
