Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in Electrical/Engineering Technology preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience required.
• GDT and Ike Pole-Foreman experience required.
• Ability to understand codes and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed distribution designs and cost estimates for complex projects.
• Run modeling software to assess wind loading on poles and equipment.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies on permitting and planning.
• Adhere to client procedures and keep supervisor informed of status.
• Facilitate communications with customers, vendors, and field teams.
• Maintain documentation for meetings and decisions.
• Support field inspections and project closeout activities.
