Football Association Premier League Limited seeks a Regional Deputy Director for the Western States. Based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule, you will lead regional fundraising strategy, manage directors and staff, and align donor efforts with national goals.

You will analyze KPIs, leverage Salesforce and analytics tools, and report insights to National Development. A collaborative leader, you will foster performance, guide events, and oversee budget stewardship across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in fundraising, sales, or nonprofit leadership.
• Minimum 8 years of management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), donor analytics, and campaign tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional strategy with fundraising and engagement plans aligned to FPBP’s national goals.
• Supervise Campaign Directors and regional staff; oversee donor strategy and performance reviews.
• Serve as primary communication link between Western States region and Chicago-based national headquarters.
• Use KPIs, CRM dashboards, and campaign metrics to evaluate progress and pivot as needed.
• Share reports and insights with regional staff, National Development, and cross-functional teams.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture with a focus on results.
• Oversee use of CRMs, analytics platforms, and tools to improve fundraising and operations.
• Guide planning, execution, and evaluation of regional events for ROI.
