Responsibilities

• Liaise between residents, program director, faculty and staff.
• Manage all administrative ACGME requirements.
• Maintain electronic trainee records and related compliance.
• Track data, rotations, evaluations, and scholarly activities.
• Prepare CLER visit lists.
• Coordinate interview season and onboarding for programs.
• Conduct training sessions and process appointments.
• Coordinate holiday events and other duties.
