Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Chicago seeks a Client Executive for the ESPI Programs division to manage client relationships and enhance insurance solutions.

You will collaborate with Producers and carriers to drive new business, renewals, and compliance, using Sagitta, ImageRight, and PowerBroker AI. 7+ years experience required.

The role offers a base salary of $110,000–$125,000 with comprehensive benefits and a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial insurance marketing/placement/brokering experience, with client and carrier-facing responsibilities.
• Must be able to engage with clients and carriers across all lines of coverage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary expert resource and first point of contact for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with Producers to define marketing strategies, pricing, and carrier selection; prepare submissions.
• Negotiate coverage terms, premiums, and commissions; use tools to support proposals and renewals.
• Maintain client data in Sagitta; coordinate with staff to initiate renewals and prepare Broker of Record letters.
