Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in financial services and banking with focus on commercial banking relationships.
• 20+ years' experience as a Commercial Relationship Manager (preferred).
• Experience recommending and cross selling Treasury Management, Capital Markets, Insurance, Wealth/Private Banking.
• Formal credit training and commercial underwriting experience.
• MBA degree (preferred).
• Active community involvement and volunteering.

Responsibilities

• Develops and deepens relationships with clients through consultative selling and partner introductions.
• Leads cross-functional teams in pre-call planning for robust client interactions.
• Leverages Centers of Influence to obtain referrals and grow network.
• Identifies and mitigates credit risks; recommends credit structures to clients.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Executes processes to measure, monitor and control risks and closing of loans.
