Epic Insurance Brokers and Consultants is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead client service delivery for a book focused on Charter Schools. You will work with Producers, Client Advocates and executives to renew and manage policies, enhancing and expanding large client relationships.

You will mentor the service team, coordinate renewal strategies, and collaborate on growth initiatives, requiring a current P&C license, strong Excel use, and proven leadership in a fast-paced brokerage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in mid-size brokerage or independent agency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel.
• Licensed in State Property & Casualty and hold State Driver's License.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills with client focus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary expert resource and first contact for clients in risk management, coverage, and contractual issues.
• Analyze client data, compare markets, strategize coverage and negotiate premiums/commissions.
• Provide marketing support, prepare presentations and proposals, and participate in client meetings.
• Delegate administrative work and oversee tasks.
• Establish and maintain primary business relationships and develop client service plans.
