Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Client Manager/Team Lead for Commercial P&C to manage service delivery for a large charter school book and lead a client service team. You will mentor staff, coordinate renewal strategies, and drive growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will work in a hybrid model, three days a week in-office from Houston or other listed offices, collaborating with producers and client executives to deliver program-level

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Five+ years in a mid-size brokerage or independent agency.
• Valid Property & Casualty license and State Driver’s license required.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
• Sagitta and ImageRight experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert resource and first point of contact for clients on risk management, coverage, and contractual issues.
• Analyze client data, conduct market comparisons, negotiate premiums and commissions.
• Provide marketing and new business support, including presentations and meetings.
• Delegate administrative work and oversee tasks.
• Supervise Client Manager and Assistant Client Manager.
