The selected candidate will manage client relationships, analyze data, and oversee office tasks, with a hybrid work schedule from Dallas, Austin or Houston.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mid-size brokerage or independent agency.
• Valid State Property and Casualty License and State Driver’s License required.
• Insurance industry designations preferred (CIC, CRM, CPCU).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert resource and first point of contact for clients.
• Analyze client data and negotiate premiums.
• Delegate office administrative work and oversee tasks.
