Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a results-driven Manager, Client Advisory Sales to direct a team of four Sales Executives selling Market Insights and Financial Insights platforms to major law firms. The role requires executive-level, solution-based selling and close collaboration with advisory services and client directors across the US and UK.

You will drive go-to-market strategy, coach high-performing sellers, and ensure attainment of annual revenue objectives while expanding the book of business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in sales management.
• Proven success leading quota-carrying teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience selling data insights, advisory services, or research-based solutions to C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives across the US and UK with aggregate annual quota.
• Set sales strategy, territory priorities, and account plans; enforce disciplined sales process.
• Sell alongside the team as player/coach and manage complex deals at executive level.
• Own pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and reporting in Salesforce.
