Segra is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a full-time, hybrid role in the US. You will document As-Is processes, gather requirements with department leaders, and work with IT to drive process improvements and budget-conscious changes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in telecommunications, strong process and project management skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications or related field.
• Experience with process management and project management.
• Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of telecom networks.

Responsibilities

• Document As-Is processes and collect business requirements.
• Collaborate with Department Leaders to define To-Be processes.
• Coordinate with IT to manage process/requirement work and budgets.
• Ensure changes do not negatively impact other organizations and communicate gaps.
• Monitor end-to-end processes and identify improvement opportunities.
