• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience of business and process analysis.
• Must have proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Visio and PowerPoint.
• Must have prior experience designing, optimizing, and documenting business processes.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document As-Is processes.
• Work with department leaders to collect requirements for To-Be processes.
• Analyze existing workflows, systems, and practices to understand current work methods.
• Project manage process/requirement work with IT and coordinate end-to-end across internal stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor end-to-end processes and identify efficiency improvements.
