You will collect and document As-Is processes, partner with department leaders to gather requirements for To-Be processes, and coordinate with IT to manage projects and budgets while ensuring changes do not disrupt other units.

The role requires 5+ years in telecommunications, a Bachelor's degree, and MS Office proficiency; project management experience is a plus and the ability to work

Responsibilities

• Document As-Is processes and coordinate with department leaders to collect requirements for To-Be processes.
• Collaborate with IT to project manage process and requirement work and assist with budgets.
• Manage end-to-end coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to ensure changes do not disrupt other units.
• Proactively monitor end-to-end processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
