Segra is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a full-time, hybrid role with three days in the office and two remote days per week, located in Charlotte, NC (office options include Kansas City, MO; Columbia, SC; or Charlotte, NC).

You will collect and document As-Is processes, work with leaders to define To-Be processes, and coordinate with IT on budgeted projects while monitoring end-to-end processes for gaps and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in telecommunications industry preferred.
• Strong MS Office knowledge and process management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leaders to gather business requirements.
