Responsibilities include driving process improvements, preparing internal/external reports, and collaborating with executives and stakeholders to align unit goals with institutional strategies. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting practices.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounting functions, analysis, reconciliation and reporting.
• Prepare internal/external reports and support audits.
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the unit.
• Develop and implement office policies, procedures and system testing.
• Drive continuous improvement and data integrity across processes.
