University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Financial Administrator 2 to manage the unit’s financial activities within the Natural Sciences division. The role supports the unit’s operations under the guidance of the Business Administrator and offers a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, payroll coordination, and policy implementation, with opportunities for professional development and advanced budgeting practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree must be in accounting or related work.
• Six (6) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
• Two (2) years of finance or accounting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor fiscal administrative duties.
• Assist in the development of unit policies and procedures.
• Monitor the financial status of unit programs and other budget allocations.
• Implement policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Prepare reports.
• Coordinate personnel transactions for unit.
• Coordinate and correct timekeeping and/or payroll processing for organizational unit.
• Perform related duties based on departmental need.
