Indiana University is seeking a Finance Shared Services lead for the UA Finance Operations Financial Transactions Team. You will oversee financial processing, billing, and system-based activities for UA partners, including travel and procurement support.

You will coach staff, manage workloads, develop budgets, and drive process improvements that align with university policies and GAAP. This role supports multiple units and may be remote or hybrid.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related functional experience.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial processes and implement improvements.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.

Mansioni

• Supervises day-to-day activities of Financial Administration Specialists.
• Ensures accuracy, timelines, and integrity of financial operations.
• Develops budgets and financial reports for grants, general appropriations, endowments, and other funds.
• Guides staff development and performance evaluations.
• Onboards units into the shared services model and maintains service levels.
