Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking a Self-Determination Support Specialist in High Point, NC to deliver phone-based customer service to individuals self-directing their care. You will handle documents, data entry, payroll checklists, and DocuSign accounts with attention to compliance.

After a 90-day period, the role offers a hybrid work schedule (2 days in the office, 3 days from home) and the potential to transition to fully remote after one year of service, supporting a flexible work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication.
• Attention to detail for data entry, payroll checklists, and recordkeeping.
• Experience with DocuSign or similar document management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates, completes, updates, and reviews employee and client records (PR, CS)
• Enters information into computer databases for effective record keeping (All)
• Administers new and existing DocuSign accounts (PR, CS)
• Prepares and sends documents via mail using approved communications (PR, CS)
• Ensures proper naming and saving of documents in the document management system (PR, CS)
• Assists stakeholders in returning documents (PR, CS)
• Serves as escalation point for DocuSign support issues from Operations staff and customers (PR, CS)
• Ensures all compliance standards are met for audit purposes (All)
• Performs timesheet reviewing (PY)
• Reviews overlap and overtime reports (PY, CS)
• Handles inbound calls and assists with outbound calls as requested (CS, PY)
• Completes payroll checklists for assigned agencies and resolves discrepancies (PY)
• Collaborates with staff to resolve rejected timesheet issues and reduce out-of-cycle payroll disbursements (RFP’s) (CS, PY)
• Completes administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, etc. (All)
