Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in business development, sales, or account management in security or related services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to onboarding.
• Willingness to travel across Chicagoland and Midwest region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• PERC license or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in Chicagoland and Midwest.
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Lead client outreach to property managers, warehouses, healthcare facilities, and more.
• Schedule in-person meetings, site visits, and security assessments.
• Prepare service proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
• Oversee full sales cycle from prospecting to contract onboarding.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth account handover.
