NiCE seeks a Manager of Sales Development to lead SDRs, drive pipeline growth, and align Sales with Marketing. You will coach, hire, and develop talent while ensuring quotas are exceeded and team members advance within NiCE.

This hybrid role emphasizes strategy, CRM hygiene, and close collaboration with Account Executives to optimize territory coverage and seamless hand-offs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales development leadership or as a top-performing Senior SDR/Team Lead.
• Strong coaching, communication, and motivational skills to develop a high-performing team.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive pipeline growth and decisions.
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments and navigating ambiguity.
• Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft).

Responsabilités

• Lead, hire, onboard, and manage a high-performing SDR team.
• Provide weekly coaching, live call reviews, and messaging feedback to improve conversions.
• Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to refine account targeting and territory strategy.
• Drive team activity to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline goals.
• Ensure CRM hygiene and effective use of the sales engagement stack.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth hand-offs of qualified opportunities.
