NinjaOne, a leading Unified IT Operations Platform, seeks an SDR Manager in Tampa, FL. You will lead a high‑performing SDR team, coaching and hiring talent to drive consistent pipeline growth for Account Executives.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll refine outbound strategy, align with Sales and Marketing, and build a world‑class SDR engine to support NinjaOne’s expansion. Hybrid work with in‑office days required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years leading an SDR team and 1+ year as an SDR.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and building a scalable outbound program.
• Strong knowledge of SDR KPIs and data-driven performance management.

Responsabilités

• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team.
• Build and execute outbound strategies to generate demos and pipeline.
• Drive SDR performance through KPI tracking and coaching.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine campaigns and lead gen.
• Oversee SDR promotions and outbound initiatives.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to increase conversion.
