Job summary

Clicklease is seeking an Entry Level Sales Development Representative in Draper, Utah. You will start conversations with potential partners, qualify leads, and help build a strong sales pipeline for Account Executives.

No prior sales experience is required, but energy, persistence, and curiosity are essential. The role is hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) with a $40,000 base salary plus commissions, targeting an OTE around $60,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a customer-facing environment.
• Experience conducting outbound prospecting through phone, email, or social engagement channels.
• Experience using CRM software in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect potential partners and customers through outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach strategies.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established partnership and business criteria.
• Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives to support pipeline growth objectives.
• Maintain proactive follow-up communication with prospects across multiple communication channels.
• Accurately document prospect interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.
• Communicate Clicklease’s value proposition effectively to prospective customers and partners.
