Job summary

Procore is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our hybrid team. The role supports in-office collaboration while leveraging remote work elements, with initial four days in the office for the first three months and then a 3-day hybrid cadence.

Locations include Austin, Tampa, and Carpinteria. You will build pipeline, partner with Account Executives, and engage construction professionals via calls, emails, and social channels to drive Procore’s value.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology/software sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline by creating new business opportunities for Procore.
• Partner with Account Executives to meet monthly quotas.
• Engage construction professionals via phone, email, and social channels to understand challenges and position Procore's value.
• Perform high-volume daily outreach and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Contribute to developing lists, messaging, and improvements to processes and tools.
