Job summary

Customer Contact Services, a long‑standing 24/7/365 contact center, is growing its outbound sales engine in‑house in Minnetonka, MN. You’ll help build the playbook, own a vertical, and book qualified meetings for the sales team in a hybrid setting with onsite training.

Earn a starting $20/hour during ramp, followed by a base of $52,000–$58,000 annually plus tiered meeting bonuses, with medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build targeted lead lists using sales intelligence platforms.
• Run multi-touch outreach sequences: cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects against our ideal customer profile and book meetings for the sales team.
• Hit a clear, measurable goal: booked meetings that actually happen.
• Log activity and keep clean pipeline data.
