Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our hybrid team and drive lead qualification and pipeline growth. You will play a pivotal role in researching organizations, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling high-quality meetings with decision makers.

The role reports to the Manager of Sales Development within the Sales Development department and requires 2 days in the office in Plano, TX / Raleigh, NC / Boston, MA. A strong CRM background, especially Salesforce, is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
• Customer-oriented background (sales, support, or customer service) is preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and prospect into organizations by email, phone, networking, and creative means to build early stage pipelines.
• Qualify and schedule well-qualified appointments with key decision makers in global 2000 or targeted companies.
• Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information in the CRM.
