Job summary

NTT DATA Services seeks a Scrum Master and Preproduction Support Engineer for a hybrid role in the San Francisco Bay Area. You'll drive agile processes as a Scrum Master, coordinate release activities, and support preproduction services across multiple environments.

The role requires 5+ years in Agile methodologies, strong leadership, and experience with Jira/Confluence. You’ll work with development, DBA, and enterprise partners to ensure smooth releases and incident resolution.

Qualifications

5+ years experience with Agile practices and frameworks (Kanban, Scrum)
5+ years experience with human centered design principles
5+ years of strong risk management leadership
5+ years of strong dependency management
5+ years of effective communication at all levels, including senior leadership
5+ years of influencing and leading organizational change
5+ years of delivering through matrix environments and cross-functional teams
5+ years of experience leading delivery teams

Responsibilities

Manage Release Management in SDLC, testing, compliance, and deployments
Coordinate releases and artifacts in Jira Service Desk and ServiceNow
Serve as Scrum Master and project manager across teams
Support preproduction environments and related testing activities
Coordinate development, DBA, and enterprise partners
Provide incident support for feature development and releases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enable switches/toggles
