Responsibilities

• Facilitate team and value stream ceremonies and adapt practices.
• Identify and remove impediments affecting flow.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, accountability, psychological safety.
• Enable effective work intake and prioritization with TPMs and QA Leads.
• Shield teams from disruptive stakeholders while ensuring alignment.
• Track Agile metrics to support learning and improvement.
• Coordinate across teams to improve end-to-end delivery.
• Partner with other Scrum Masters, TPMs, QA Leads, coaches, and leaders.
