• Facilitate team and value stream ceremonies and adapt practices to support delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments that limit flow and effectiveness.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety.
• Enable effective work intake and prioritization with TPMs and QA Leads.
• Shield teams from external disruption while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Track Agile metrics to support learning and improvement, not performance scoring.
• Coordinate across teams within the value stream to improve end‑to‑end delivery.
• Partner with other Scrum Masters, TPMs, QA Leads, coaches, and leadership.
