Qualifications

• Experience applying Scrum/Agile frameworks to delivery outcomes.
• Proven ability to remove impediments and optimize value streams.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team and value stream ceremonies and adapt practices for successful delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain flow and predictability.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety.
• Enable effective work intake, refinement, and prioritization with TPMs / QA Leads.
• Shield teams from unnecessary disruption while promoting stakeholder alignment.
• Track Agile metrics to support learning and improvement.
• Coordinate across teams to improve end-to-end delivery and reduce dependencies.
• Partner with other Scrum Masters and leadership to broaden Agile adoption.
