Responsibilities

• Facilitate team and value stream ceremonies and adapt practices to support delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments that limit team or value stream effectiveness.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety for continuous improvement.
• Enable effective work intake, refinement, and prioritization with TPMs and QA Leads.
• Shield teams from external disruption while promoting stakeholder engagement.
• Track Agile metrics to support learning and improvement, not scoring.
• Coordinate across teams within the value stream to improve end-to-end delivery.
• Partner with other Scrum Masters, TPMs, QA Leads, coaches, and leadership.
