Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team and value stream ceremonies and adapt practices for delivery success.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact flow and delivery.
• Foster transparency, collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety.
• Enable effective work intake and prioritization with TPMs and QA Leads.
• Shield teams from unnecessary disruption and promote stakeholder alignment.
• Track Agile metrics to support learning and improvement.
• Coordinate across teams to improve end-to-end delivery and reduce dependencies.
• Partner with other Scrum Masters and leadership to drive broader Agile adoption.
