Job summary

Speech 101 Therapy Inc. seeks a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to provide hybrid (virtual and in-person) services to students within a school setting.

Responsibilities include evaluations, direct/indirect therapy, IEP participation, and collaboration with families and staff to support communication needs. The position requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, State licensure, and CCC-SLP where applicable; Clinical Fellows welcome.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP preferred or required, depending on assignment.
• Clinical Fellows Welcome

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and reassessments for students.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy in individual and group settings.
• Maintain documentation including therapy notes, progress reports, and Medicaid documentation.
• Participate in IEP/eligibility meetings and parent conferences.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student communication needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to meet student needs.
• Comply with FERPA, IDEA, and district policies.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education.
• Follow district schedules and professional expectations.
