Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology (ASHA-accredited).
• Valid MA DOE licensure; MA SLP license.
• Knowledge of SLP theories, models, and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to develop and evaluate IEPs and treatment plans.
• Ability to document and report outcomes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' communication skills to identify disorders and plan treatments.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, physicians, and staff to coordinate services.
• Develop treatment plans and educational materials to minimize impairment.
• Provide speech-language therapy to students to support success.
• Maintain records, reports, and billing in compliant systems.
