Job summary

Speech 101 Therapy Inc. seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver VIRTUAL speech and language services to students in a school-based setting. Responsibilities include evaluations, therapy, IEP collaboration, and documentation, with FERPA/IDEA compliance.

This fully remote, temporary position offers an hourly rate of $58-$66, W2 employee or 1099 contractor options, paid time off, sick leave, and health insurance for W2 staff. Maternity leave coverage for two months is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP preferred or required, depending on assignment.
• Department of Education certification or credentialing if required by state/district.
• Pediatric or school-based experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and reassessments for students referred for services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy in individual and group settings.
• Maintain documentation including therapy notes, progress reports, billing records, and FERPA/IDEA compliance.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and families.
