Job summary

Speech 101 Therapy Inc. seeks a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person evaluations, therapy, and collaboration with staff and families. Responsibilities include IEP development, direct and indirect therapy, and comprehensive documentation in a school setting.

We welcome Clinical Fellows and require state licensure; CCC-SLP is preferred or required depending on assignment. Various locations and flexible schedules are available, with a signing bonus and benefits

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or required depending on assignment.
• Clinical Fellows Welcome
• Department of Education certification or educational credentialing, if required by the state or district.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and reassessments for students referred for services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation: therapy notes, progress reports, billing, and Medicaid records if applicable.
• Participate in IEP/eligibility meetings and parent conferences.
• Collaborate with teachers and families regarding student progress.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to student needs.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, IDEA, and other regulations.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
• Follow district policies and schedules; provide in-person services as assigned.
